I had an extremely disappointing experience. I booked an eye exam appointment on Monday, asking for the earliest available date. They scheduled it for the following week and confirmed it over the phone. However, I received no notification about the appointment. On Thursday, during working hours, they called for reasons unknown, but I couldn’t answer as I was in a meeting. When I later called to check on my appointment, I was told it had been canceled because I hadn’t answered their call. This was an absolute failure on their part. No notification, No Reminder, call whenever you can as if everyone is free to take calls.Update: After reaching out, the team was very understanding and sincerely apologized for the miscommunication. They went above and beyond to make things right, offering a discount on lenses & eye exam, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Kosha was extremely informative and helpful, and the front reception team was welcoming and professional. Overall, I’m impressed with their customer service and the effort to resolve the situation. I’m now a satisfied customer and would highly recommend them!"

If I could give this clinic higher than a five, I would. I took my three-year-old and six-year-old there today and had such a fantastic experience. Truly, a genuine, caring doctor. He actually did not charge me because I had been taken advantage of by a different eye clinic, in Brampton. They have an abundance of the latest technology and all the resources for small children. I came here for the very first time. I met with Dr Bobby and he was so nice. He won't rush you out and he took enough time to make me relax. You would know he loves his job. He explained in detail everything about my eye and even did a visual teaching. The pressure check the receptionist did was at first high but he checked in detail and got to see the machine just needed to be calibrated. I've worked in a eye clinic so I know these guys know what they are doing. My glasses was supposed to be ready in 10 days because my beautiful eyes needed strong prescription. The lady at the front desk stayed nice even though she was busy. And she was professional ensuring she responded to customers in English as necessary so I don't feel like a stranger. She may need to stay more organized with lens pick up but they recognize their mistakes.
